Dear all,

needed help, I had GT750 SLI Nvidia and with 10MB fiber optic connection speed, however,

I badly lag in RO2,

1. have adjusted to lowest minimum setting - still facing graphical lag

2. updated driver

3. checked SLI is running

is it has to do with client or additional setting ?

I hope to enjoy smooth game , need some help over here

Your hardware configuration is definitely more than enough to run RO2. Do you experience this slowdown in other games? Try turning off SLI, as some games have problems with it. If you have integrated graphics, make sure that the game is running on the GT750 instead of the integrated card. You can also try lowering your screen resolution a bit.

I have tried on FF14 online, Tera Online, RO2 2, any many other online games,

all worked perfectly except for RO2, I like this game so I dont want to give up..

Surprisingly when I put to higher resolution , it works smoother but still lag after 5-20 minutes

And I cant switch to 1920 resolution no matter what, I tried so many times,,

anymore tips ?

1920x1080? That's still a bit high. Have you tried something lower like 1600x900 or 1280x720? The game's graphics aren't THAT good, so you don't lose a lot by lowering your resolution. Did turning off SLI help?

Have you restarted and attempted playing with no additional programs running in the background? I know mine plays fine except with Skype and a few other programs running. If you can eliminated the option of it being another program running that RO2 just doesn't play nice with, please contact customer support so they can troubleshoot this in more depth with you. https://support.warpportal.com/

Processor itself is good enough to handle this game. But always check the CPU and GPU temperature while playing the game. If their temperature is too high, OS may force the CPU/GPU to downclock to avoid overheat. A downclocked CPU/GPU may cause the lag.

And what is the screen resolution of the laptop?  :questionmark:

Monitor your GPU with something like EVGA PrecisionX, or M-MSI Afterburner. My Macbook has a GT750m that would idle as Intel HD 4xxx (don't remember the exact model) and for the life of me, I could never get my vidya card to automatically switch to the 750m when I played this game. It's not just an lolmac issue- my friend uses a Lenovo laptop with a GTX 660m, and just realized this today lol.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (Thanks Korea!)

Assuming that you are not using an external hardware adapter like the vidock, that GT750 SLI is probably the mobile version and as such, uses nVidia's Optimus technology to save power. However, it is possible to disable that through the power settings on your icon tray, preferably under the plugged-in settings since you wouldn't want your laptop running on discrete graphics 100% of the time sans battery. xD

Also: This game is also a programming mess and you probably can never achieve stable fps in high body count places even with a high-end PC.
