Where is the best accesory to put phen card in? Pendant or ring?
Also, is the ring+pendant combo generally better, or is it viable to go for 2 pendants with spell enchants for faster CC cast?

As long as you wear a Orleans's if you can't insta cast. 2xpendants is boss!.
