Good day/eve folks! I'm one of the players of RO from the Philippines and just now when I check the WP page for loading up warp portal points, Load Central is now one of the options of payment to credit WP points which is quite convenient for us filipino players. However Load Central option of payment was only announced for RO 2 which kept me wandering and anxious that; is Load Central only available for filipino players in RO 2 though my gameinfo in RO1 and other games are showing up when I select the Load Central payment option? I can't keep myself at ease because I only found out that Load Central can be an option of payment through RO 2 official website hence my paranoid speculation that Load Central is only available for filipino players in RO 2 and RO1 is excluded in this(Load Central).payment option.I hope I'm just thinking too much  .

Buying WPE is not restricted to any one game. You still need to convert WPE into a game's unique cash shop currency in order for it to be restricted to that particular game.

So I can buy WPE for my RO 1 via Load Central afterall!? Phew! I was getting all paranoid since I saw the announcement only in RO 2 site so I assumed that(Load Central) way of payment is intended only for RO 2. Anyways, thank you sir for your response and good day/eve!

P.S. What's the lowest denomination for WPE to KP conversion? Because when I checked the power up site, earlier the lowest is 1000 WP (15$) are there no available KP conversion for 500 WP (5$)?

Real money -> WPE -> cash shop currency of your choice. There should be an option for you to type in exactly how much KP you want for RO so the lowest denomination is technically 1. Downside is you won't get the bonus KP offered by the set amount options.

Fresh bad news.  I had hoped Tigress would stay correct forever but... good things do come to an end.  I don't know when it started this year but Load Central options are now only usable for RO2.  I just got a response from Load Central who's been working with me to resolve my payment issue when I tried to redeem a pin I bought from them a few days ago.  They were informed by WP that I no longer have a way of topping up via Load Central pins to get energy (IMPORTANT: NOT KP).  I've been using this method ever since I started playing RO1 a few years ago which I found very convenient.  Now, using a Load Central pin among their payment methods will automatically make their payment system direct that to your RO2 account > in the absence of which, thou shall get the " THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH THE PRODUCT INFORMATION " error.

Actually, I do.  The guy who started this thread was afraid that WP denominations made available by Load Central here in our country (PH) will only let him top up for RO2.  You perfectly explained how that's not the case, and I've (well, currently I can't anymore, no matter how much I want to) stood behind you until I was informed about my ticket/case earlier.  You WERE definitely right, because as I said in my post, I have been topping up for energy via Load Central pins, so I WAS proof that you would be able to use Load Central pins & get energy for use on whichever games WP has franchised.  NOW however(again, I don't know exactly when they implemented the restriction since I'm a player, not a GM or Gravity employee), you will get the said error when using Load Central pin because as I know you know more than me, there's a dropdown among the game accounts you have inside your master account (which, if you think about, is kinda weird considering it's just energy until you actually convert any of it into any of the CASH SHOP CURRENCIES) below the Load Central option after ticking Load Central as payment method.  An alternate method of topping up using Load Central pins is by selecting "Redeem WP Coupons" on the far right among the silver thingies.  Now, for some reason, since I don't have an RO2 account inside mine, trying either method of topping up yields that same error.  So in fact, I wasn't even referring to cash shop currency.  I was only referring to putting ENERGY into your master account.

 

As I followed the instructions WP relayed to Load Central who then relayed the same to me, that same unusable pin that's been frustrating me these past few days magically worked just like WP had told Load Central and redeemed itself, albeit straight into the RO2 account I had just made and selected in the payment option dropdown, as mall points(I think that's the Kafra Point counterpart), not energy.  This basically erases Load Central pins as a viable option to top up and get energy if you only have an RO1 game account/s.

My post was referring to getting cash shop currency for a particular game, which is wholly dependent on getting WPE first. The WPE part is the issue people seem to be having, not the conversion of WPE to cash shop currency that is specific to each game.

From what I've been hearing, there's been issues between payment companies and WP themselves that is causing issues for people getting WPE. I don't know if it's because of WP's network or WP's partnership with those payment companies are expiring. I think WP separated from one if those payment companies, but I can't remember which one it is. If they haven't made such an announcement concerning the removal of a payment option, then it could be a network issue.
