This is my holiday time and the only space that I can play this game. Now this problem is continued for a 3 days streak wasting my VIP time. I'm very disappointed.

I hope this problem is solved immediately. :angry:   :wall:

Yes, I have this issue 2 days ago and already sent ticket to warpportal support.

He said there is no issue on there side (server side). He advise me to close any program running in the background.

So I reply it's not from our (user/player) connection problem because it's not only happen to me but some player got this issue. Rarely got lag (exclude Hight TI/spotlight map) but when require "please wait" message pop up it'll get stuck and not even make my game disconnect just stuck. So I forced close the game to relogin.

Not sure it happen in Europe, I'm form Indonesia btw.

I hope it fixed soon, don't want to waste my VIP any longer.

yes, our entire guild should postpone any instance activites due to this issue. kinda dissapointed.

Cannot do TI, Hazy Instance, ET, OGH, and any other instances.

Hard to change map.

Then what is RO for? lol

Clients all haywire.. !! The loading stuck issue. Multiple "Failed to connect" on login. Settings like no. of chat tabs and skins doesn't get saved. Wth!!

This happens to me 3 times already. Now i can't do gramps TI and other instances too. I end up on Bio4 and leveling my Homun until this issue get fix.

And GM/CM can't do anything about it..

i've been through it since last MT and can't play at ease.

Scared to do instances and must relog so many times when doing TI..

it's so damn annoying!!

Going to bring this to CMs attention on Monday morning.

Those experiencing the loading and disconnections, do you use a sort of a proxy program to connect to iRO?

A lot of us are having this problem. It's annoying with TIs Instances MvPs. WoE was really bad with this !!

Just my unpopular opinion. Staff should act immediately and figure out the problem as soon as possible as this problem occur greatly after new maintenance, and quickly make and release the fixed patch, not just wait till bunch of people complaints or just release the fix of next maintenance. Please do think about those VIP who's their VIP will expired within the next main maintenance. To facing the DC issue which is keep occurred, this is really waste their time and also waste their VIP as well. Also please do think about new player as they were first time come to iRO and what would they think about iRO? Few of my friends has make a decision to quit iRO because the increased a bunch of kser from new player and now because of this bug, which is really no no to me :sob:

Well, this is just what I think, not to blame staff or anything. Figuring and solve the bug might take a time but I believe staff should able to release fix/recover patch yesterday.

I already sent the ticket on WP support, and they said relevant department already working on it for a solution.

Maybe right now they want us to: "Just deal with it. B)".

No, i didn't use proxy or anything..

My connection is fine for browsing and playing another games..

everything was fine with my RO before 8 April maint..

Can you guys make a reset button on the warpportal control panel, so we don't have to wait for a ticket when the bugs happen?

 

I'm locked out of my char because of this bug.

yesterday my AB stuck at hazy, today its my GX stuck at ET... and bunch of restarting client due to portal failed ...

Please do extend the VIP days. I have experienced getting stuck for about 4/5 days since this week's maintenance and that one day that I didn't get to experience getting stuck on the loading screen was the DAY THAT I DIDN'T PLAY. Although we can play but the level of satisfaction is not on spot. Imagine trying to get into Eden/TI/ET/towns and then getting stuck at loading screens. And then relogging and relogging and relogging again just to connect. It's annoying. ALSO, VIP is wasted cause all we could do is chill in towns. :sob:

CM/GM should look at this ASAP
This is a very serious problem
We cannot do anything except for hoping not to get stuck
All we can do is send tickets
It's making us scared to play

 

Edit: They should put reset button rather than sending ticket. This bug happens way too often
