you need to call your ISP and have them figure out what's going on. it's not an RO issue.

Me too.

I'm not lagging while playing RO, just randomly stuck when "please wait" message pop up (not always, 1/8 chance got stuck while the message pop up).

I think it's only happen on South-East Asia Region (UTC +7 - +9), but I'm not sure about that.

 

Not sure but if I check their tracert mostly they have some interference on "xe-0-0-0-15.r05.lsanca03.us.ce.gin.ntt.net [198.172.90.170]"
