Currently rush in creating a trapper ranger so my following Question is: 

 

1. Do I really have to max the skill point by 70/70 on sniper even I end-up as a trapper ranger soon? 

2. whats the minimum skill point should I get?(I have TI problem reward today between exp all only and both spread reward).

3. Do trapper ranger class still use certain sniper traps skill? what are those skills?

you can dump falcon related skills, beast bane, and focused arrow strike. actually i take falcon eyes but rarely use it since the buff duration is too short for all stats +5. always change at job 70, having extra skill points is always nice.

yes, it adds 5 atk to mastery atk. so it adds 5 atk to fire trap and 35 atk to bomb cluster per level, such a waste.
each point of dex or int raise fire trap dmg by 10 (affectes by level, 12,5 dmg at lv 125, 15 dmg at 150, 17,5 dmg at 175). so better invest on dex and int instead. dont waste your precious skill points,
