It certainly wasn't a problem in the past. I believe the rule is a bit more complex. Ex. Naming someone through typing it out (not screenshot) for their recognition in a good light is tolerable vs. naming a person who scammed people.

I tried starting a thread for trusted IM sellers, seeing as there were a few scammers around, and even if it was for their recognition

and with no bad intentions, I'm afraid you can't. And seeing as these posts are from last year, I believe it means the rules have changed.

That rule is a bit more complicated than you may think of. 

I want to try to explain why I had to close the IM scammer topic, please don't feel offended and it's not something personally.

 

If someone starts a list to write down trusted IM sellers you never know who abuses this. You easily can post someone as trusted IM seller who clearly isn't. You can claim players to be trusted while they are not just to give the scammer more popularity.

 

I think posting pictures etc. of players that shows them in a good light is no problem. But if someone wants to have his name removed, I have to do so.

 

And if you want to make a topic like this, please just use it to give them honor. Please don't bash against or discuss about players in the public. Then I have to clean and lock the topic.

I've faced the archer with my ninja and came out with a couple win's but as a team, I can't compare.

I myself am more of 1v1'er.

Probably, I haven't done PvP in a while on my Overlord. I'd have to gear myself down but I have access to unenchanted armor to keep my defense and stats on his request.

Edit: A shout out to a perma-capped Overlord though. Would love to see him in action.

Why it's awesome seeing Savage, Overlord, Sorcerer and even Dragoon mains despite the hype train Invokers, Destroyers and Dragonkin classes have.

fighters are top class yo, infinite self reviving and 100% block rate up time(although no fighter has reached the skill lvl to keep it up 100% yet, it is still possible)

Your movement speed is only topped by archers buffed unless the other class sacrificed vital stats for a movement speed build so you can manually evade catches until weaving is back to get back on 100% block time. All three 100% block sources are on relatively short cooldowns so its hard to catch them without it unless you're a class with an easier time against them. And like you said, infinite self-revive. Twin's biggest weakness, block ignoring catches, isn't an issue if they know the skills and play around them.
