Dear Sir/ Madam,

I need you answer my problem,

I lost my new account, he is lvl 30-35, he is warrior with name : "DescentSio "

The server got a error the data was not saved. And now, all character related in-game data has been rolled, to 4/12/2015 back 3/28/2015

maybe i made him during that time from 3/28 to 4/12 and played that account about 30 hours

it's not fair to me when you guys delete him from me,

i do the guild quest everyday with him (my new account)

the exp guild reach 50% and now it's not fair to me when u guys reset it and make it is 15%.

i spent alot of time to do that.

i need a equity

sadly everyone who created his char between 3/28 and 4/12 has lost it. Same for me, I lost two chars.

It's not something which happened only to you. 

I would like to give you a more positive answer, but sadly I can't.

 

It's not possible to recover the char.
