So I just started playing again last week since my wife started playing again. We'be both played since iRO open Alpha, to closed Beta, til about 2006 or 2007 (just when kRO announced/released 3rd job change). She tried to recover her old account from "way back when" but opted to start from scratch because she really wanted to play again. I followed a few days after her (was adamant about not playing again since old "original accounts" can't be recovered. Even if it were possible I don't remember the account names or emails associated with them). Now barely a week of playing I have this message when I tried to login this mornin...pretty disappointed with 2 extra days off of work now my days off is ruined.
TL:DR
I didn't bot at all. I was not rude to other players nor have I griefed lower leveling zones with that dead branch that summons monsters/bosses that tear through 99s like wet toilet paper. (I saw this a lot in Payon Cave1. Pretty nasty)
What I did do: last night 12th of April 2015, I had suffered severe lag and disconnected and force quit iRO several times in half an hour or so and decided to tether to my cell phone for faster internet speeds...so my guess I got this because of the repeated logins under one IP and then switched to a different IP within a half hour? (That's what I get for swapping from cox cable to uverse)

don't post ticket #s on forums. since you raised a ticket now you just have to sit tight and wait for a response. you did log into your support account prior to raising the ticket right? if not, you will not be able to reply to any updates.

don't post ticket #s on forums. since you raised a ticket now you just have to sit tight and wait for a response. you did log into your support account prior to raising the ticket right? if not, you will not be able to reply to any updates.

 

I did and I can view the ticket...of course I know how long it will take in approximation.  Do you know how to recover older accounts?  Before warpportal days.

well not knowing your account names makes it rough but they generally require the following three pieces of info: email, name registered to the account, and DOB.

since you don't remember the emails either, it looks pretty grim (and this is assuming you didn't use fake names/DoBs).

I have the same problem but the thing is i didnt created an account on the tech support page i just sent the ticket without being logged... so i want to know if i need to create an account and resend the ticket or should i just keep waiting for a reply to go to my email.
Also would like to know if theres an average of time to get a response because its been more than a week since i sent a ticket and havent gotten a response.

resend the ticket and reference the original ticket; even if you get a reply via email you can't action the first ticket since you weren't logged in when you sent it.

I STILL don't understand why sending tickets w/o being logged in is even an option.

if you just submitted the ticket it'll take a few days for them to get back to you, especially since wait times are likely longer with everyone dealing with pRO migration issues.
