Just an idea for a new way to gain job levels easier. Making it so class specific skills give jxp.
Like for Blacksmiths crafting weapons would give job xp based off of the weapon created, with more given for how strong the weapon is (since as of renewal, the weapon making skills are outdated & this idea would revive them). (Given by the Blacksmith guild. Would require showing the weapon to the head of the guild to get the xp)
For Alchs it would be brewing potions & the known 'Potion Rate' would dictate how much xp each of the potions would give when made. (given by Alchemist Union bounty Board style, but unable to choose the potion)
As for the combat classes, the job xp would be given for following that class's combat style.(Depends on the class who gives the 'missions') Like for rogues it'd be stealing/ganking items (Given by the rogue guildmaster).
Sins, it would be taking on 'assignments' to take out a specific mob, kinda like the current bounty board (would also give the Sin job change entrance npc's dialog about not receiving orders from the guild a purpose)
For priests, if support, it would be heal-bombing. For battle priests, monks and crusaders, it would be given for taking out undead or demon type monsters, scaling depending on how tough the monster is. (given by the bishops/priest npcs)
