I have this idea... "lowbie week" -  happens for 5 days, ... once every idk 5 months

every char previously you created, you cannot log into... you have to play on a newly lowbie (However you can still use stuff from account storage)  leveling gets frozen each PVP/DG  level tier.. you have to play and win,  in a PVP/DG match in order to proceed, to next level tier...

IDK, it's a really stupid idea and I am wicked tired XD

I assuming the point of this was to "help support leveling lowbies" which is why we have the "Help a Noob" event where 230's get the EXP buff skill "Noobs blessing". I'm assuming Canehda wasn't around for those.
