Hi Guys,

 

I'm new in Chaos. I have played for a little bit in loki back in 2012. I was going to try out Chaos and I was surprised when I logged there was a lvl 1 novice in Valhalla Prison that I didn't create (name was also in gibberish so it is a possible attack on my account). I created a new character and it went straight to Valhalla Prison. Can anyone help me please. I filed a ticket already.

EDIT: OMG I was playing my Classic Loki character while waiting for a reply here. I warped to Payon and then suddenly my character was sent to Prison? What's up with that?

Gold sellers took over your account and used it to spam. You should probably change all your passwords, scan your computer, etc.

Thanks! I should probably do that now. any chance I can get out of prison? I already filed a ticket but I'm not getting any response

it takes a bit to get a ticket response; since the weekend is coming up the wait times will likely be longer as well. in the meantime change your pws and scan your pc like ren suggested.
