Can't doge or block

Hi

 

it seems its not possible to block or evade at all against monsters. I'm having a 56 ninja with lvl 5 katar block what gives 13% to block a incoming attack but if i go to the "Advanced Windia Plains" im not getting a single block in 5 min of just letting myself getting hit.

With the evade its the same problem im at 4600 evade rate and dont get to evade any attacks of lvl 3-5 monsters.

 

I hope this issue will be fixed cause its really annoying as Ninja to not be able to block or doge since you relly on it to survive longer.

 

Please let me know if a fix is under way or at least planned.

Sorry to say this but in one of the "recent" updates evade got a huge nerf. All classes were hit by that nerf. It's kinda completely useless now.

It makes no sense anymore to stack evade like you used to some time ago.

 

Better go for crit, agi and health. 

 

This nerf was intended - why ever, don't ask me.  Nobody understands a nerf this big. But it was completely intended by the devs.

Ok but whats with block its doesnt  seem to happen either.

And monsters still seem to have enough doge :p_swt:

Sure, monsters never were nerfed. They are the same as they were since New Origin part 1.

No more changes to them were made regarding dodge/block. :p_smile:

 

 

Only player stats were affected by many skill/stat changes since New Origin part 1. Evade was one of the most nerfed stats.

But sadly intended, like I said already.

With blocking, there was a nerf too. Again, all classes affected. I'm not sure if it got nerfed in the same amount as evade, or less.

But however, the devs did something (bad) to this stat too - yes intended.

 

Like I said, go for crit (damage, rate, final rate), agi (as much as possible) and health (makes you live longer and so it isn't that bad if monsters do hit you).  And some good amount of def on things isn't wrong either.

The problem is that the new system  - even if it didn't have effect on Monsters -  let those be able to dodge us. Even the best "dodgeball player" among us can't evade a Woodie's hit (and "at least once" isn't enough to me).
