It looks like a samurai helmet, but it's not the oldskool green one; it looks as if it was meant to match the Kagerou's costume.

Oops sorry there, mis-read the op. The Trident helm like ranalek stated was a kafra cash shop item. Was offered through the 2012 anniversary lucky box. I doubt you will ever see it again through kafra shop since it is not that good or cute. I think I have some lying in storage somewhere. Good luck in finding one off the market though.

That could be it, but from the illustration and the icon, it doesn't look like what I remember worn by a character.
