you cannot give yourself kp via the WP site if your account was create via steam. you must purchase via steam.

when i click at 'buy vip and point' it keeps bring me to WP website. do you mind tell me how to purchase via steam. im quite new with this. thanks

its easy play your ragnarok under steam, then when inside the game go to cash shop and choose "buy VIP and Points". another dialogue box will appear which will prompt you to the payment process.
after u paid relog your character KP should be there.

when i choose 'buy VIP and POINTS' it brings me to WP website. so i just buy at WP website is it?? and convert to KP? i play using steam. thanks again

if it brings you in the WP website then you are not playing the ragnarok under steam.
