PRO migration issues when adding existing account to WP

Hi,

 

can you please help me, I already create a ticket yesterday but still has no response received. When I add an existing account to warp portal, an error will say that "You have provided incorrect information or it already belongs to another WarpPortal account.", where in fact I did not able to migrate it because of this error. Kindly check, thanks. ticket number =-snip- .

 

Game title - Ragnarok Online

Game account - -snip-

Game account email address - -snip-

I thought it will go fine after migration since I can't add it on existing accounts, but after I test to log in, it will say that "Incorrect User ID or Password, please try again.

please avoid posting your personal details (which means your IGN and email acct)

 

its for your account's safety :o

 

edit: are you trying to migrate your pRO to iRO? (if so, the due date's already way off behind ._.)

yeah i know. I thought its already in the WP account since it says that it already belongs to other account but when I checked it is still nothing. I think maybe my email is the issue since it starts with numbers and maybe WP cannot accept it. I already tried to migrate b4, i just thought it already belongs to other WP account which I thought i am safe

can somebody please work on this asap, i really need to log in. I keep on adding existing account but here's what i got.

Probably a hacker of yours registered your account unknowingly
