If you're experiencing sprite crash errors or are seeing items as 'unknown item' apples please post in this thread. The information we need:

If you have an idea of what the cause may be (Oboro on male account, pRO exclusive gear equipped) it would help us to narrow down the cause.

 

Our priority is to get disconnected characters unstuck and to get item sprites and descriptions properly sync'd up. Fortunately many of these issues are client based so it would not require a restart of the servers to implement.

Thanks for opening up this thread to help us. I keep on getting disconnected when I log in the game but for my other characters in the same account are working just fine.

Approximate Time: I equipped the "Unknown Apples" around 10:00pm-1:00am, April 25-26 GMT+8.

Issue: EWL Skill lvl 10 gone, Wiped out(Cotton Shirt X Knife)
My client force closes/(Ragexe.exe has stopped working) whenever I try to navigate 1/10, and 2/10 in the character selection.

Possible Cause: I did a trial and error by equipping the "Unknown Apples" one by one using my Rune Knight named Ll(.)yD to determine which is which because majority of the Unknown Apples in my storage are equip-able and the sprites are still available. The upgrade still adds up to the defense but the special attributes do not anymore.

As for the sprite error pop-ups, I "assume" that I'm encountering the pop-ups whenever I see a character with animated equipment, costumes, item mall equipment, and new skills being executed. All sprite pop-ups occur whenever they appear so I'm just speculating here. This sprite error applies to all of my usable characters. Whenever I try to avoid the other characters on my screen, I don't get the sprite errors.

looks like my geneticist has to lose all of his items. just delete it so i can use him.

it happened after i rented my cart. please just delete only the cart items, not the character inventory. i lost everything already, dont delete the rest of my costume items. my character inventory is safe since i was able to play before i rented my cart. i have pets on my cart which i wanted to keep, but i guess you have to delete all of them for me to be able to play.

-i cant even "see" them in the character selection. the sprite error will interrupt.

-some of my items/equips appeared to be "unknown item".

-LAG issue... there's this aprrox 1.5 second delay whatever command i do... which doesnt happen when in pRO days.
