Every time i log in, it automatically disconnects me and my characters items are not shown. Some of the characters gender has been changed when i trasnfered it

Issue: force closes/ragexe exe error after i enter Thor server the error always appear. but before this happened. 
Possible cause: from character select 8/9 where my baby genetic and swordsman are located,  two of my character has a headgear that makes the error happened.
after that i can access to my shadow chaser that is located on 7/9 slot. then today 5/23/2015 at around 1 or 2am(NY time) i deleted one of my character(novice) from the d same account, after deleting the error appears and i can't access anymore to my whole account.
 
add to my forgotten name characters, it's been a while since i played RO back then when i was at the philippines. 
so this is the only time i can play again. sorry about that.

If possible that you can give me a reply according to this matter.
