Example 1: If im a lvl 60 specialist and i have 1000 SP total, then i lvl to lvl 61 and have 1010, then i change job to Destroyer i have 1020.

 

Example 2: Im lvl 60 and is a Destroyer, and when i lvl up to lvl 61 will I have the same amount of SP as when i change job at lvl 60?

you always get 20 SP per level and you do not get any for job changing.  This example is impossible, and unless you use skill point scrolls from the hunter capsules characters of the same level will have the same amount of SP.

Its an example (its called pretend, if i really didn't know that i would used a skill simulator but it wouldn't really tell me an accurate answer + i would use those SP numbers it gave in the examples if i really wanted too), you think i want to make 2 new characters to test to it for the level 20 jobs, takes like 30 mins + with current exp bonuses, thats about  ~ 1 hr 30 mins for 2 new characters with buffs to help on the new characters (im sure u know which kind of buffs)

you always get 20 SP per level and you do not get any for job changing.

 

so the job change doesn't influence your skill points. therefore it doesn't matter, if you change job with lvl 60, or lvl 61
