Is there a good preWitch Pumpkin Hat item? (or anything cheaper but with more or less equal healing and is also "unlimited")

I thought it was nerfed? It is still viable I see.

The healing bonus was nerfed but is still enough for light instances and small mobs if u have vit. But it wont keep u alive on big mobs...
