Which items still give bonus exp.

I.e. What items should i buy to increase my exp gain?

 

Infact does anyone have a list of costumes with "perm" effects?

i wanted to know about the one eyed glasses too

The Only 2 I know of that are perma effects are Goggles and Boys Cap. One eyed glasses effect ended last  year per in the discription.

noah hat and one-eyed glasses i think were only for spotlight maps? not sure if those still work

ok i just tested the noah and one-eyed glasses and they do not work.

 

i tried them in different areas that had spotlights, and all areas failed to give any extra exp.

I thought the only spotlight map was Malaya? Juno was last week and the week before I believe, this week is Malaya. Do the spotlights stay on in the previous maps or something?

^sometimes GMs forget to update item scripts, so for all i know the noah/one-eye could have still been scripted for a past spotlight and never updated. But as far as i can see, this was one of those times they remembered to update the item script since there was an expiration date on them and they don't work anymore. Unlike the current controversial costume quve mask which still has a functioning effect pass its description expiration date.

Since they are still offered in the kafra cash shop, you could try asking oda in the tiki or maintenace threads to bring back the effects for spotlighted maps if possible.
