I had posted a topic about changing my email address since 04/23/2015 and they still didn't reply yet. Why?

We had weekend. The normal support does not work on weekends. For them only 24 hours of work time passed.
There are only a few guys sitting there on the weekends working for any emergency situations (games not working for example).
I would guess you will get your answer next Tuesday or Wednesday. Poppie told someone else in another topic that the support still is a bit behind due to the rollback situation and it's circumstances.
Sadly, you have to be a bit patient at the moment.
Changing an email address is sadly nothing that could be considered as being any "emergency" situation.

you can expect anywhere between 1 day - 2 weeks for a response. weekends are especially slow for ticket responses. at times, wp staff do work weekends.

Hello,
the usual processing time for a ticket is up to 48 hrs on working days. In some situations it could take a bit longer, for example if your question needs to be clarified or in situations like we had lately (the rollback) and the quanitity of tickets is increased compared to the "normal" number of tickets. Such situations are unforeseeable and can result in delayed processing times.
Also always keep the timezone differences in mind. The timezone for WarpPortal is the Calfornia Timezone (PDT) and is GMT/UTC -7h at the moment.
