So far, my equips are +4 Bloody Guillotine Katar, +6 WoE Suit of Wildcat, +4 WoE Manteau of Power, +4 WoE Boots of Wanderer, GMG, Angel Spirit, Gangster Scarf and 2 STR Gloves of Mad Berserker

I think there's a new item that adds to CI damage? But I don't know if it's out yet. Or what it is even.

I see, I also plan on using Katars for RC. So far, I can't hit my opponents even with Agent Katar.

Haven't been to WoE yet, but in normal PVP, I can't hit my opponents...I don't get why my other opponents have more flee and hit than me though.
