As the title states, the level 2 of those skills barely have a difference with the skills' level 1.
The problem is not with the end game effect itself but during leveling phase.
It's not a major problem as well but the kind where its like an itch you want to scratch but you cant.
I would suggest at the very least to make Fear Breeze level 2 gain 30 second more duration that level 1 of the skill while making the first level 30 second longer too since I know that wishing for an increase on the % chance for extra attack is not gonna happen.
For Camouflage, make it so that at level 2, I can use camouflage without being near wall but still be immobilized at the very least or be able to walk at 50% speed only when near a wall.
I know there are other cases like this or there are others that are worse but these changes would improve at the very least my gaming experience.
