I suppose you're talking about the theory that different channels and towns have different rates due to different levels of activity in enchanting and soulcrafting.

 

Example: Player A succeeded an enchant at Channel 3 PoW after X attempts but succeeded in Channel 1 Odelia in less attempts.

 

I say theory really because even I can't confirm if this is statistically correct. Yes some players will say "Try this city on this channel." but I'm unsure if it's true or some RnG mumbo-jumbo.

 

Really the emporia castles have the bonus enchanter and 2* has the bonus soulcrafter that refunds some souls every attempt. I'm unsure if any and all bugs have been fixed however.

 

Really just use anything you have that boosts rates (Medals/Balloons/Set/Rose/Patch/etc.) and try anywhere.

for me is just to find a quiet place to enchant to prevent any kinda lag or error meow ^^
