Here I have something for you to try out.
I assume you are using some kind of laptop or notebook?
Then you may have an uncommon scereen resolution.
Here is something you can try out:

Can you tell me the native desktop resolution?
Often laptops have a quite strange desktop resolution because of their screen sizes.
So have a look at your desktop resolution and have a look for the following in the config.xml file, that can be found in your Dragon Saga Release folder:
(you can have a look by using a texteditor like Notepad)

<ITEM NAME="FLY_TO_CAMERA" VALUE="1" />
<ITEM NAME="FULL_SCREEN" VALUE="1" />
<ITEM NAME="RESOLUTION_HEIGHT" VALUE="900" />
<ITEM NAME="RESOLUTION_WIDTH" VALUE="1440" />
</GAME>
In the RESOLUTION_HEIGHT value enter the height of your desktop resolution.
In the RESOLUTION_WIDTH value enter the width of your desktop resolution.
I had a player who had a resolution of 1024 x 600 so this had to look the following:

<ITEM NAME="FLY_TO_CAMERA" VALUE="1" />
<ITEM NAME="FULL_SCREEN" VALUE="1" />
<ITEM NAME="RESOLUTION_HEIGHT" VALUE="600" />

</GAME>
Also try the values 1 or 2 for the FULL_SCREEN.
