Everyone says formless resist, ingame says neutral resist. Whats going on?

95% sure it's 5% neutral element. A lot of translations have trouble with that distinction, but this is the first I've heard someone say it was formless, and I was playing when the card was added ages app

In game effect is 5% formless reduction (kro description says neutral reduction). It has been reported, to either fix the effect or the description.

Huh!
That's strange - I wonder if it was always like that? For a *very* long time, it said neutral, and afaik, everyone always believed that to be accurate.
