Intimidate: Storm Gust or Bowling Bash
Reproduce: Jack Frost or Ignition Break

From PVM view, including group / solo work, is this ok?

if you manage to get your hands on a triple malicious RTE. BB/IB works well. combine that with a +9 vanargand helm and you're good to go.
if you manage to get your hands on a RTE of triple force, BB damage will increase significantly.
theres was some1 who got his BB spamming alone to deal way more dps than the the normal BB/IB combo.
he had 120dex and wore a temporal dex boot.

what about BB / Jack Frost? you know, in conjunction of leveling in BIO. Maybe BB+IB when I already maxed out. What about my stat points allocation? I don't really know what to put where since SC is likely general in everything, except if I'm going the WOE masquerade route.
