thanks.
Make King Costume Account locked, not Char locked.

this would allow you to swap costumes between characters on same accounts - totally against the new idea of earning everything ingame by playing - you can trade the medallions which is more than fair enaugh tho....often requested, always denied
(I myself wouldn't mind if they change that, but sadly it won't happen - sorry!)
Character bound COSTUMES are also retarded, but well....

They're not a costume if they provide any advantage in combat. At that point they're considered EQ.
It also follows the guidelines for how EQ is bound or locked.
Quest Items are Locked to the character that completed the quest. And the King sets are technically a quest item. It makes plenty of sense.

They didn't use to be char locked, but was account locked, - which was reason to have bourg and Champ on same account,
Now I can't swap them, and both accnts being on the same accnt is more than usless, but burdenful.

i like this suggestion. it is too much to waste having another set for another character under same account.
if i have two characters under same account that needs atk/crit, i can't use them both at the same time.
why not rather share the costume?

Just make the king set, royal set act as a costume, remove its bonus stats which can affect crit, ap, dodge, def

yea, lets remove the stat that makes a 20b costume worth 20b; no one will be upset about it.
