I didnt pay attention to its effect until I actually play this class.

 

I dont want to buff some other ppl around while lving with my friends T_T

Is it harmful to the extend that it kills you guys? I'm assuming this is related to partying in TI, especially low and mid TI, getting KS because some people oneshot your mob because they can attack faster. I don't see this as a problem except the one that KS you guys under the influence of the buff is ill-behaviour. Report him or nothing. I mean, we have other problem that needed to be address. This is nothing weird and a common thing. You guys should work something around.

sadly it cant. even in woe, a RK from enemy guild step into your strings = wipe.
