I'm getting that same PAYMENT ERROR!!!!  when I try to buy some WP.

 

Any fixes to that or should I just wait till next maintenance... or whatever?

Not that I would like to buy WP but I would have liked to check for some of those free points and I get that message for more than half a year now when I try to open that purchase page. So it will most likely not magically fix itself. But the message is clear. "We don´t need no moneys!"

Well, this is what came back from Gravity:

 

"Thank you for contacting Requiem Online Support. I understand that you are having a payment error while accessing the power up page for Warp Portal. Upon checking this account, please know that it was being automatically declined by the system due to your play location and using an IP changer. Please refrain from using any IP changer that may cause inaccessibility to WP power up page."

 

I'm not able to access WP power-up from either Win7 or Linux, through WLAN or MobileHotSpot... buuuuut! I can access it from my cellphone!

 

That solves it for me!
