Just wanna ask some help. I can't use [Event] Veteran's Gift, i have this item since in the beginning they give it away, however until now i can't use it.

In my signature, which is under my post here, there's a link that says Support Website. Click that and you'll have to create a support account [or not, but I do suggest it] and make the ticket there.

Account ID is what you type into the 'Account' box on the game login screen.

Already sent the ticket i think it was 3 days ago.however i haven't received any update regarding to the ticket.how many days it would take for me to have an update?

From personal experience, support can take up to a week to answer a ticket. Sometimes I don't even get an answer and I have to reply on the ticket again to get a GM to answer... What I usually do is wait 48-72 hrs and if I have no reply I just make a reply on the ticket myself. Rinse and repeat until you get an answer, good luck~
