Can the Camo Cart have a extra seat put on it or is only for one person to ride on?

You can put a backseat on the Camo Cart as well as the other carts in the Item Mall. There are no backseats in the IM though, so you'll have to get one crafted or purchase one from a player's shop.

if i recall it right this isn't true when it comes to all IM carts - i don't think that you can use a normal backseat on the xmas-IM ones.
