Perfect Hunch is so pricey, 100pcs for 500im. And it's only for 4 f6 runs. Is there an PH event or what?

I think there is 200im for 60pcs.. It might save you some.

You are not forced to buy them. However, if you need them THAT much and you have some patience, you could suggest an IM Shop event where the price for Perfect hunches is reduced for a short amount of time. Just post it in the right thread (not here!)
