Lightning Jolt: Bug or intentional?

While trying out this skill I noticed it is capable of dealing damage twice. It's not a visual glitch, and the damage isn't being spread across multiple hits like iRO wiki states. The second hit occurs only if the targetted enemies are in motion during a very small period of time, something like .5 seconds or less. Should I make a bug report on this?

The stacked casting issue of Lightning Jolt was fixed on kRO last year so it's most certainly a bug.
 

Fixed an error with the Ninja skill [Lightning Jolt] where several instances of the skill could be stacked/overlapped. (Oct 29th, 2014)


Feel free to ask in the next Tiki Tuesday stream when we'll get the fix.

Interesting, and I thank you for the information. I'm still a bit confused however... The bug you linked is really contradictory to the skill's current implementation on iRO. The skill has no duration, or so small of one as to make the possibility of "overlap" or stacking of multiple instances of the skill virtually impossible even with no cast bar and 180+ aspd. I made a video using the game's record function to show how the skill normally applies a single hit, but is capable of applying a second hit only on monsters that are in motion (IE chasing a player). Is there a way I can upload this to the forum or do I need to link it from another site?

 

Regardless, I'm starting to believe the skill isn't functioning as intended in any way. I'll make a bug report and... Hope it gets fixed within my lifetime. Thank you again for your time.

I'm pretty sure that's what they meant by that changelog entry and it was poorly translated.
