i get payment error when i click power up button...HEEELPP

i cant purchase wpe. whenever i click power up i got payment error instead. i already send a ticket asking about it but i got a reply saying that my acc are associated to another account that was involved in ill-mannered activities. its been awhile since i log into wp. i only log in to wp tu purchase vip for my ro acc (around 2 month ago if im not mistaken). and i already sent another ticket asking which acc that i associated to that cause this problem but the answer is still the same and they did not state which acc is it. they also said that they are unable to remove the restriction on my acc. am i the only one with this problem? or it happen to anyone else? is there some kind of solution that i can do to solve this? help?

You need to log into your Support account to respond to the same ticket if you're asking about the same issue otherwise you get bumped to the back of the ticket line and will have to wait for the next available GM.

are they gonna remove the power up restriction on my acc (time limit, days or month?) or is it gonna be restrict forever?kinda feel bad bcause it happen when i didnt do anything wrong....didnt even log into wp for awhile and poooofff, "your acc is ascociated with another acc that involved with an ill-mannered activity" :sob:

If the account is suspended, that means it's either under investigation or someone hacked your account. The only way you'll know is by contacting a GM via the Support site.

hey..i also having the same situation..but it happen when i use google chrome..

But when i use Internet Explore,it working..xD

i dont think my acc have been hacked. i hope they're in the middle of investigating it. i already try using other browser (firefox,ie,chrome,opera), try on different lptop, and different internet (other than mine) but it still not working. :sob:

Just get in contact with a GM, there's nothing you can do on your own to resolve this issue.

The ticket queue is 8 days long as of 6th of May. The GM team is working as fast as they can to get the numbers under control, so please try to be a bit patient.

I can't help but think you're trolling because your username are all numbers because you registered a Steam account, which then it's impossible for you to have tickets from 2010 since WarpPortal didn't start utilizing the Steam platform until 2013.

In addition, have you bothered to log in to your Support account to check for responses to your tickets? If they've been closed and the issues were not resolved, reopen them and ask for a resolution.

Yes, the GMs' job is to help you, but you need to be proactive on your end as well. You're not the only one with tickets to be addressed.
