Players are selling the old, bugged, versions of the items in the market right now. Not only the skeleton bandage, but the others as well.
Dunno why, cause it is clearly visible they got no "set effects/stats". I would see it as this . nice try.
Just don't buy those.
As a buyer, obviously I would not buy.
As a seller, would you be sad about it, would you be concerned about that you could not sell your "goods"? If I were the seller, I would be concerned and I would not want to get those items without stats.
