60str,90agi,60vit,60dex at 99 sound better for hbp build.. and yeah 80 dex is overkill, putting stat points in int is a waste of points...

a gx's sp pool is more than sufficient enough for rolling cutter leveling.
plus you got all these sp leeching gears.

to farm efficiently on gx you will need decent katar + leeching headgear. Even one of this item will cost you more than wws+elven bow for a ranger. That why Ranger>Gx for a newbie. IF you have the zeny, then by all mean, go for gx first.

Whilst farming, I was able to obtain 2 wak-wak 2 Engakanto and 1 bungingnis card... Was around 3-4 hours farming with a low level DB RK.

Run Hazy Forest for 30% chance of getting an OCA. You can run it every 2.5 hrs (or 3.5 hrs if it's during DST).

 

Eden Crystal Synthesis. Save up 300 high energy crystals, buy a variant for ~7M, enhanced it, and vend it for 80-90M. (might take a month of hunting raydrics, but if you're in the right level, you can count it as leveling. Plus, raydric and AK cards are not bad either).

Really!?

Grimtooth is very useful skill in my opinion.

If you have no idea where to use, maybe OK to remove.

But, one of my GX has it.

where do you use grimtooth :U

pre-re edp worked with it. that was when it was amazing. now it blows. you need to be in hide, so mobbing demon/insect types is out, might as well just stick with RC.

I didnt do enough damage with to use it always x3 so kinda let it rust now xD

 

Also..does the rideword hat effect only worked on melee? :3 so archer have no use for it or something? :3

archer can use it. It can proc on every physical damage, whether or not it is basic atk, or skill atk.
i will say that every person need at least 1 of them. the utility it provide is great for leveling. I personally prefer +9Vana over +9Rwh, because i normally carded my leveling weapon with HunterFly card. So sp leech sound better for me. If you have incubus pet, mayyyybe +rwh is better. Because i feel that +9vana + incu is overkill.

I used to use +9 vana b/c of the sp leech. it beats out +9 rwh in that regard; the rwh gives you more hp leech though. However, once I swapped to a thanatos katar (has passive hp/sp leech), the vana was overkill so I swapped permanently to a rwh. the thanatos katar is also carded with a hf, and I haven't had the need to use any pots when grinding.

Grimtooth is so good lol! I never get meteor assault when leveling a sinX, i run straigh for grimtooth, why? because u can mob the whole map, hide, and kill them all in safety. It is spammable based on your aspd and its sp cost is only 3! Ah, and ranged dmg% increases it too. When lvling my most recent sinX i went to roweens, i was doing 2,4~3k grimtooths at 190aspd, no healing items used xD

Well for party play as a GX it is decently effective at spreading statuses, cursed, frozen, sleep, etc., as long as you have the correct arrow equipped.

As for solo play, not sure how often you would use it, since most GX run in guns ablaze with RC, pewpewpew. I know i don't have the patience to mob gather, grimtooth, apply my status of choice, then go in and RC the mob.

there was once i killed osiris using grimtooth lol, while hiding only he attacks me, but since my flee was high he couldn't hit and never revealed xD no problems with mob

yeah but it's not nearly as good vs insect/demon.

ain't no one got time for status inflicting when your edp is tickin. edp RC will kill them fast enough anyway unless they're ghosts and you don't have an endow.

Well i guess rideword is the choice for now since vana seem like its reaching 100m xD

*pfftt like i really know how to get 40m for it XDD*

 

oh and what stat or how to make grim dealing more damage? :3 I have no choice but to use that for now for mobbing until i reach 99 xD

^ dps wise, str and agi? Str to add damage, agi to increase your aspd to spam it.
