IM NEW LEVEL 74 AND I DON'T WHERE CAN I GO LEVEL FASTER PLEASE HELP ME

Once the servers get fixed you can find parties to level up with. If i remembery correctly 10-40 is kenji beach(Krawfies), 40-90 is Gorge of Silence(Stone/Elder golems). 90-160is Oblivion Temple(Mammys/Mummies), 160-200 is Ruins in Eldion(Arachnid Spiders), and 200-230 is in Orlo(Turtles/Scavengers). Sry im not much help I haven't level in along time. But for the levels I listed you should find party members that know where to go in those areas to level up.

i leveled to 75 at krawfies then i went to desert of the dead till level 100
