Explain more and say things such as
1. Why is this needed?
2. What would this accomplish?
edit: dont take what im saying sarcastic it's just I see a lot of suggestions not explain why something would be good.

Well I know youre aware that there are tons of good items (refine & enchant) are wasted & suffering due to
-cards with wrong description
-noobs who slot unfamilair cards with not so good function
-some cards are not match with faw enchant.
besides it is easy to sell good refine & enchant items in good price aslong it is clean.
to avoid abuse it will be 10m/per slot (cash sink also).
No need to keep them in storage
sell it to us.

the purpose in this suggestion is to preserve the equipment, as opposed to preserving the card.
