Does anyone have a rough estimate of the amount of zulie and # of each items you'll need to refine honor gear to 15?

It will be more if it's a 9th grade item or a unique.

if you have the resources available to you its actually quite cheap. But if you are starting from scratch, to get to about (7) for all pieces will cost you a minimum of 80m-100m, that saying if you 'FAILED' 0 times. once you get past (7), it starts hitting the zulie, as your % of success gets so low you will have to buy lots of venurunes and pluto/nepto to  make sure you can get to (15). hope this helps.

if you make sure that you have 2 thousand venu, 1 thousand nepturune, 20,000 lisent U, and 8 thousand honor bindrunes; that will ensure that you have absolutely way more than you need. --- if that isn't enough, I'd suggest going out and buying a lottery ticket because you're so unlucky you might actually be lucky. 

The sad truth is, there is no set Garrentee that you will achieve (15), you honestly could potentially go through all those matts, and not hit (15)... although the probability of that, really means that your so unlucky, that it' is kinda 'lucky', it would be like winning the loosing lottery.  
I posted a video ago w/ bad luck refining... but I hear honor is 'easier'
