So I noticed this today I was grinding at scarabas and I was doing 3.7k RC damage normally and with EDP and fire endow i am doing 6.6k. I clearly remember me doing 16k RC damage with this same setup.

+9 immune HBP

Variants

Stats are

Str 116+22

agi 90 +17

vit 90+4

int 1

dex 70+18

luk 33+12

 

I had this same trouble in TI so did one other assassin or did RC have a nerf or something recently cause I am playing after 2 months or so

FYI I also reset my stats recently. My str previously was 90 and i had it increased to 116.

I assume you did skill Rolling Cutter to lvl 5. Since you can't select the level of RC, that's all I can think of, except maybe their stoneskin skill but that's cast on lowish HP. Try binding RC to another key just to test.

Yea. I would check RC and EDP levels you are using.

lol probably lvl 1 edp or lvl 1 rc(possibly both lvl 1 )

Hahaha, i am laugung because this happened to me. My rc level was fine but my edp was at level 1. Once i put it back at level 5 I startes killing everything in my path again.

I'm positive I do more than 3.7k just using enchant poison and a +9 thanatos katar (1x hf) I have less than 100 base str and use 2x RTs and a +9 HBP. no other damage modifiers.

Probably the hotkeys as people here mentioned. Every time you do a skill reset, if it's a level-selectable skill, only level 1 gets assigned to your hotkey bar.
