it works canehda.. ive been doing that for any of my lvl 1 to be vendors.. to bring em to junon.. lol.. you lost your 1b bet to monnalise but too bad she says its too small a bet

no, was to prove that she was lvl 1, atleast thats why i did it

 

tbh no idea if its a bug or not. Myself i think that lvl 10 req is nothing bad cuz its easy to lvl your vendor if you got an cleric.

If its a bug then im sorry for the unintended abusing of it.

btw, you are all correct as to my experience.

for a time before the merge, lowbies  back riders are left back at adventure

but after the merge patches you can back ride lowbies to junon again,

they specifically made it so you had to go through breezy hills to get to elverloon, to go to whatever that other map is called, in order to get to whatever... -- IE... 
They made it seriously difficult for zullie sellers to get to Junon.... but now that mods can mute in game, doesn't much matter I guess - but yea, being able to cart a lowbie to junon = a bug.
