There is a chocolate inside that Holy egg.... ones you break it, you just need to shove it in your unconscious friend mouth, and it will melt it self come inside your unconscious friend mouth.

Why are we focusing on a little leaf. What I want to know is how you can consume 500 bottles of medicine in like 20 seconds. Where were you storing them? How can you fit that much in your stomach? How come an empty bottle doesn't show up in your inventory after you consume one?

We not drink it, and its just like small ampull.

 

You just need to break it and pour it to anywhere on the part of your body, your body will absorb it, and you will feel the effect immediately.

 

Its not hard if you just smash your bag full of ampulls on your head...
