• 0% drop rate for low level non-VIP characters and normal drop rate for 3rd job characters.
• Increase bounty zeny reward  but only if done in coop mode.
• add monster loots expiration date for non-VIP accounts.
• Disable PM for non-VIP characters. Force people to create party and join a guild.
• More quest that rewards player in a coop mode. Other MMO RPG already have this features, iRO should consider adding more coop gameplay.

 

Reasons:

1. Creating bots again and again just to annoy people with private messages.
2. People make low level bot looters. Banning is ineffective against it.
3. Players tend to get bored if doing quest alone.

Ummm, no....  So, no loot for new players who may not want to vip right away?  That's only gonna drive away new players.

Pretty much everything would drive away most new players.

can't disable PMing, its wired into the client, kRO would have to change that
