Every time you pick a ticket, the winning number is changed. That is textbook fraudulence in the raffle world.

 

Also, sometimes people don't win the "raffle." That also should never happen, as long as at least one person buys a raffle ticket, there will always be a winner in a true raffle. 

 

Also last time the raffler was in, I bought like 250 raffle tickets for a KBC card, and it ended without any winners. So if this were a raffle as they claim, I literally bought 1/4th of the tickets and they still didn't give anyone a prize. 

 

Whoever designed the raffler NPC is a scam artist of the highest magnitude. If you have ever purchased a raffle ticket, you are owed a refund, and the culprit designer should be thrown in prison.

Furthermore, "This is a special one that is not always an option," what the hell does that mean? None of them are always an option. Duh. False hype. Hobby Lobby got sued for a similar practice.

I'm actually just using the raffler to stock up on ygg seeds and OPBs. Still makes me mad when the raffle ends after spending 250m without any winner.

I demand the Raffler to give 1 KBC to each char as a compensation for all the mental damage it has caused so far. Another 10 BMX3 and 10 BB will be given for each spam message that flooded the client.
