my friend that was using the mesmerist says that it seems you get 2 uses if that character did not use the mesmerist back in december of 2014.  I was able to reset twice last week prior to maintenance, not sure if anything was changed during this maint though so i can't confirm it again.

lol that's what everyone told me, so I go and reset and try out an maxed agi AB for the fun of it. It was fun, but useless since no int. But when I went to reset again, I couldn't. Had to buy resets and neuralizers :c

 

Next time I tried on my RK and I could reset two times before I couldn't reset anymore.

Keeping in mind I've reset my AB and RK with the mesemerist once before, I try using a fresh 99 priest from Janeway. I could reset, once, twice, three time, four times. Hell I think I reset like 20 times in 1 min just to be sure. So hence I figured you got unlimited resets if you've never used the mesmerist before.

 

Next day, I come back and try to reset to try a luk priest, BAM!< no more resets ._.

 

The mesmerist is exactly like RO itself; either veeeeeeery buggy or favours certain people over others :c

The first week was unlimited but only for those who didnt reset ever before.
