Been There, Done That =( Server Crashes as we Begin. Then Serves comes back up after 30 min, then we really tried to finish it but we just needed 5 more min to finish it, we were at MVP fight. T_T

We have lost 3 Asprikas because of the server crapping out already. Our most recent run we were literally less than 1 minute away from getting it. We had to log back in when the servers were available and we had 30 minutes left for Okolnir. Where are our Asprikas? Your GM team has helped other guilds before. This is ridiculous.

Server was DDoSed at exactly the time we started, lasting for approx. half an hour. This left us with half the time that we should have been allotted to finish the instance.

 

But that's just a coincidence, right? I mean that wouldn't happen if someone in a rival guild/alliance was cheating and trying to screw us out of making a god item, there's no way they could possibly do that to the iRO servers, right?

 

Do we get compensation? Also, can criminal charges be pressed against whoever performed the DDoS attack? It'd be hilarious if the person responsible got locked up IRL for doing something so STUPID on an online game.
