what is the average response time from support, cuz i sent in the information they requested and up until then they were promt at replying now that i sent the info its been 2 days since ive heard from them

well it depends, if a GM is needed to "confirm" Stuff...than it takes ofc. longer.
i get most response within 1-2 Days
The Response Time was never the Problem for me.

well its character code retreival, i provided them with the info 2 days ago and its still not reset and no reply
