I sent a ticket 15/05/2015 and until now no answer the problem that i m having is Account suspended until 2020

Have you created a Support Account before submitting the ticket?

 

Please try to be a little more patient considering the support team is handling a load of tickets as of late. They are trying as best as they can to keep that under control.

I m trying to be patient but i really want to play =( and yes i ve created it

Yes the long wait is very frustrating but patience is needed at this time. Have you been checking the ticket's status on your Support Account? Is it still 'Open'? Sometimes email notifications for ticket updates are not sent in time.

I have the same problem, suddenly getting this cant log in until 2020. Hope my ticket get responded soon tho.
